Returns & Refunds Policy

At OH Hair Extensions, we want you to love your new hair. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

    •    For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    •    Once the hygiene seal has been broken or the product has been worn, we cannot accept a return.

    •    You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

2. How to Return an Item

    1.    Contact us at oh.hair.extensions@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2.    We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

    3.    Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    4.    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

 

 

3. Refunds

    •    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

    •    Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

 

 

4. Exchanges

    •    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different shade or product, please place a new order and return the unwanted item (if eligible).

 

 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    •    If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

    •    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

 

6. Wholesale Orders

    •    Wholesale and salon orders are non-returnable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
